Terms of service
Who we are. SH2 is a business name of Milman Maintenance Pty Ltd, ABN 17 658 811 771 ("SH2", "we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of this website and any order you place.
Pre-orders.
- A pre-order reserves your first box at the price shown at checkout. A$0 is charged when you place it.
- You authorise us to charge the saved card for the amount shown at checkout when your order ships. We'll email you at least 7 days beforehand with the date and the amount.
- Expected to ship in 2027. If it isn't going to ship, we'll cancel your pre-order and your card won't be charged.
- You can cancel any time before your order ships, free.
- The founding price (A$89 a month) is limited to the first 100 pre-orders. It's locked for as long as you stay on a monthly plan after launch.
- Each pre-order covers your first box only. When we launch, we'll send you a link to continue monthly at the price you locked in. Whether to continue is up to you, and nothing renews unless you choose to.
Product information. Product images are concept renders, and final packaging may vary. The formula shown is a draft and may change before launch. If anything material changes, we'll tell you before charging, and you can cancel free.
Use as directed. Two sachets a day, no more. Not suitable for children under 15 or pregnant women; use only under medical or dietetic supervision.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Your consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any guarantee that can't be excluded.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss arising from your use of this website is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding what you paid.
