Why 1.5 g?
Australian rules for sports foods cap creatine at 3 g a day, so two sachets take you to exactly 3 g.

What's in it and what's not
Per sachet: 800 mg sodium, 250 mg potassium, 100 mg magnesium, 1.5 g creatine monohydrate and 0 g sugar. No caffeine and no proprietary blends. Draft formula: the full ingredient list goes up before launch.
Who it's not for
Not suitable for children under 15 or pregnant women. Use only under medical or dietetic supervision.

Your first box comes with a 60-sachet box, a zip pouch and an insulated steel bottle, each one included. Then 60-sachet refills each month. Final packaging may vary.

1.5 g creatine monohydrate per sachet, so 3 g a day at two sachets. That's the most Australian sports-food rules allow in a day. Two a day, no more.
Where is my card kept?
